Requisition # 21022

Job Description

Join one of Los Angeles’ premier physician organizations and practice Obstetrics & Gynecology at a nationally recognized academic medical center.

Cedars-Sinai Medical Group (CSMG) is seeking a BE/BC Obstetrician/Gynecologist to join an established Deliver Your Own (DYO) OB/GYN practice in Beverly Hills.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an OB/GYN who values continuity of care and wants to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients throughout their reproductive and gynecologic care. Unlike a traditional rotating laborist model, our DYO physicians maintain a high level of continuity with their obstetric patients and, whenever possible, personally deliver the patients they have cared for throughout pregnancy.

About the Practice

Our established DYO practice offers a collaborative environment with the resources and support of Cedars-Sinai Medical Group and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Key features of the opportunity include:

  • Deliver Your Own (DYO) practice model, providing greater continuity between prenatal care and delivery. (rather than a rotating call team, our DYO Team deliver their own patients most of the time)
  • Approximately 15 deliveries per month within the DYO group
  • Weekday deliveries managed by the physicians caring for their patients, with shared weekend rounding and call coverage
  • Four-day clinical workweek with one administrative day
  • Established practice in Beverly Hills
  • Opportunities to participate in resident education and mentoring
  • Collaborative practice environment supported by Cedars-Sinai Medical Group
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits
  • Shareholder eligibility after two years of employment
