Scope of Practice
The successful candidate will join an established Endocrinology practice providing care for a diverse patient population with both common and complex endocrine conditions.
The scope of practice includes:
- General Endocrinology with basic to complex cases.
- A diverse patient mix, including diabetes, osteoporosis, lipid disorders, and obesity, as well as more complex conditions involving the parathyroid, pituitary, thyroid, adrenal glands, and gonads.
- Invasive procedures are referred to appropriate specialists.
- Call schedule: 1:6.

Qualifications
Qualifications
We are looking for a physician who brings strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Candidates must have:
- A California Medical License.
- Fellowship training in Endocrinology.
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Endocrinology.
- A dedicated work ethic suited to a busy, high-end practice.
- Excellent bedside manner and the ability to work collaboratively with patients, colleagues, and staff.
- Strong documentation skills, with an emphasis on timely and accurate charting.

Compensation
Our compensation philosophy is designed to provide a competitive total compensation and benefits package to our physicians. The total pay range shown takes into account the wide range of factors considered when making compensation decisions, including knowledge and skills, relevant experience and training, education, certifications, licensure, and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range includes incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.
Pay Range: $266,082 - $354,546 Total Cash Compensation
