Job Description
Cedars-Sinai is seeking a highly qualified Vascular Neurologist / Stroke Specialist to join our nationally recognized Department of Neurology. This physician will play a key role in advancing comprehensive stroke and neurovascular care across Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and affiliated clinical sites.
This position combines clinical excellence, academic leadership, research innovation, and multidisciplinary collaboration within one of the nation’s leading academic health systems.
Clinical Responsibilities
The selected physician will provide inpatient and remote neurological care, including:
- Stroke code evaluations and inpatient neurological consultations
- Telestroke services and remote on-call neurological coverage
- Transcranial Doppler evaluations
- Coordination of stroke care across the continuum
- Development and enhancement of neurological treatment protocols and care standards
- Collaboration with Emergency Medicine, Imaging, Laboratory, Pathology, and multidisciplinary care teams

Our compensation philosophy
We offer competitive total compensation that includes pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range shown above takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role. We also offer a comprehensive faculty benefits package. Pay Range: $ 315,000 – 400,000.
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1. Medical Degree from an accredited medical school
2. Board Certification or eligibility for certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) and Vascular Neurology BC/BE or recognized equivalent.
3. Unrestricted California license as Physician
4. Medical Staff Membership at CSMC and other Medical Centers providing care
5. Commitment to developing and fostering a multidisciplinary collaborative approach to patient care.
6. Demonstrated competence in continuous quality improvement processes.
7. Evidence of exceptional academic, clinical, and professional accomplishment.
8. A track record of excellence in teaching, patient care and administration
9. Computer competency comprised of a working knowledge of windows and/or a comparable operating system that sufficiently provides for access to patient and other business information
