What will I be doing in this role?
The Program Administrator, Veteran Program is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Veteran Outreach Program, including planning, implementing, and managing its activities. This role holds the authority to make independent decisions related to program administration and plays a key role in the strategic planning, design, development, and execution of program objectives, procedures, processes, and standards. The Program Administrator will be managing outreach efforts by travelling locally to various military installation bases to promote veteran hiring initiatives. They will also represent our organization at out-of-state veteran-focused events to broaden our reach and strengthen our commitment to the veteran community.
In addition to successfully managing and leading the Veteran Outreach Program, the Program Administrator is also responsible for full-cycle recruitment across the organization. The Veteran Program Administrator will play a key role in advancing our social impact hiring goals by actively recruiting veterans and military spouses. This includes sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and referring qualified candidates to appropriate hiring departments. With a focus on attracting top talent, the Program Administrator will research, develop, and implement effective recruitment strategies to build and retain a diverse workforce while supporting new hires throughout the onboarding process. The role also includes conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations, as well as assisting the Talent Acquisition team with HR-related special projects and other assigned initiatives.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field is preferred.
- Three (3) years of project support experience.
