Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is seeking an outstanding Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join a high demand, flagship program within one of the nation’s leading health systems. For mid-career candidates with demonstrated leadership experience or administrative potential, leadership opportunities may be available in areas including clinical program development, quality, patient safety, operations, and strategic growth.

What you’ll do

  • Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care for infants, children, and adolescents with gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary, pancreatic, and nutritional disorders.

  • Evaluate and manage patients in both ambulatory and inpatient settings.

  • Collaborate closely with pediatric surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, nutrition specialists, transplant services, and other multidisciplinary partners to deliver coordinated care.

  • Teach and mentor pediatric residents, fellows, and medical students within an expanding academic program.

  • Participate in quality improvement, clinical innovation, scholarly activity, and multidisciplinary initiatives.

  • Contribute to the continued growth and strategic direction of Pediatric Gastroenterology at Guerin Children’s.

Qualifications

Successful candidates must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of clinical, hospital, and academic partners. Candidates should have a strong commitment to excellence in patient care, medical education, multidisciplinary teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Required Education and Certifications

  • MD, DO, or equivalent
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Gastroenterology
  • Eligible for an unrestricted California physician medical license
  • Eligible for appointment to the appropriate academic rank in the Cedars-Sinai Professorial Series
  • Excellent clinical, teaching, and communication skills

Our Compensation Philosophy

We offer competitive total compensation that includes pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees.The total pay range shown takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors.This total pay range includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role. We also offer a comprehensive faculty benefits package.

Pay Range: $256,400 - $413,800 Total Cash Compensation
