Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is seeking an outstanding Pediatric Hospitalist to help shape the future of inpatient pediatric care within one of the nation's leading health systems. What you’ll do:
Deliver outstanding evidence-based inpatient care on our newly designed 26-bed pediatric medical-surgical unit.
Partner closely with pediatric subspecialists in a collaborative tertiary/quaternary care environment.
Teach and mentor pediatric residents and medical students within an expanding academic program.
Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, clinical innovation, and multidisciplinary initiatives.
Contribute to the continued growth and strategic direction of Pediatric Hospital Medicine at Guerin Children's.
For experienced candidates, assume administrative leadership responsibilities with opportunities to develop programs, improve operations, and mentor junior faculty.

Qualifications
Successful candidates for this position must demonstrate the ability to work with a diverse group of hospital and academic department partners using a collaborative approach. Other qualities include a commitment to excellence in patient care, and commitment to medical education.
Required Education/Certifications:
MD, DO, or equivalent
Board Certification or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
Eligible for unrestricted California Physician medical license
Eligible for appointment to the appropriate academic rank in the CSMC Professorial Series
Excellent clinical, teaching, and communication skills
Our compensation philosophy:
We offer competitive total compensation that includes pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range shown takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role. We also offer a comprehensive faculty benefits package.
Pay Range: $227,000 - $334,800 Total Cash Compensation
